If the employer offered you feedback prior to being tested then you have a right to expect feedback to be provided. This may take the form of a telephone call, a face-to-face meeting or a written report.
You should always take advantage of an offer of test feedback; it may provide you with valuable information to help you develop your test-taking approach in future.
If the employer did not offer feedback before the test you can still request it; there's no harm in asking.
